My shoes arrived damaged, what should I do?

In the case that there are defects on your shoes upon arrival which were not caused by you, please get in touch with me here. Every order is insured during transport making sure if something happens that you are always covered. If a problem occurs, I will make sure to get it solved and get you your shoes as expected. 


My shoes are not as expected, what should I do?

If upon arrival the shoes are not similar to the ones that you have ordered on the website, please get in touch with me here.  As stated in the descriptions of the shoes on the website, every shoe is hand made and therefore slightly different from one another. Shape of the shoe, color of the rubber and the design are therefore subject to slight differences. However, if the shoes that you received are nothing like the product that you ordered, I will make sure to find a suitable solution for you. 


Am I able to return my order?

Orders cannot be returned as every pair of shoes is hand made on request and therefore never in stock. They are uniquely made for you in your specific size, so make sure to order the right size!
