What payment methods are available?
Currently I am offering iDeal, Creditcard, Paypal, SEPA Bank Transfer and Bancontact, so anyone can place an order. All information on payment methods can be found here.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship to any country in the world. All Information on shipping can be found here.
How long will it take for my shoes to arrive?
Your order will be sent out after your custom sneakers have been finished which will take about 2 weeks. From there on for the Netherlands it will take about 1-2 days, for countries within Europe anywhere from 2-7 days and outside Europe about 7-21 days.
Do you also make 1-of-1 customs or take other requests?
Yes I do, you can submit a request using the following form. There is also the possibility to do a group request for your team, group, etc.
Am I able to return my order?
Unfortunately not, as every pair of shoes is made on request and therefore never in stock. They are uniquely made for you and thus not returnable. Make sure that the size you are ordering is the right one! In the case that there are defects on your shoes upon arrival which were not caused by you, please get in touch with me here.
Do you use authentic shoes for your customs?
Yes, all the customs that I make are done on authentic brand shoes (Nike, Nike Jordan, Adidas, etc).
How should I clean my customs?
Wet wipes work really well on rubber, gently go over the dirty spots, but don't scrub harshly. If preferred use a little shoe cleaner, but again use it gently to preserve the rubber. NEVER put them in the washing machine!
